The Boardinghouse at Finch Gardens is set on 3.5 acres of sunny Kelsey Creek side property and it has been lovingly landscaped and farmed to provide the ultimate in good health, peace and relaxation for working, traveling professionals. 

 

The master suite and it’s adjoining bathroom occupy the entire top floor

of the 1600 sq. ft. A-frame house. 

 

Downstairs, two spacious rooms across the hall from each other share

a bathroom / shower in the hallway. 

 

Communal areas include the living room/fireplace area, the dining room and kitchen indoors, and decks or patios on three sides of the house outdoors. 

 

Kitchen was built to inspire with a five burner/grill gas range and stainless steel counter tops. Restaurant style shelving and hanging pots and pans make everything very easy to find and access. 

 

Alternatively, meals (breakfast/dinner) may be provided by,

and as much as possible from, Finch Gardens.

 

There are sitting areas all about the 3.5 acres for you to take in and enjoy the sights, smells and sounds of the neighborhood.

 

Single occupancy, 30 day stay

 

Master Suite  $900 monthly or meals included $1,100

 

Single occupancy, 30 day stay Downstairs  $750 monthly or meals included $950

 

Wifi and all utilities are included in price

 

Payment each month in advance plus $500 security deposit to be returned upon departure

 

Must provide two letters of reference from recent hosts that I may contact.
